Shipping and Cancellation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation in the email you provided. If you can’t see the email, please check your junk/spam folder to keep up with the order details. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 7 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, we will email shipping confirmation. We will get in touch with you if we can't complete your order.


Can I change or cancel an order after my order has been placed?
You may request to cancel or modify an order, but it is not guaranteed. If you happen to change your mind, please email us at help@keomibeauty.com or call +91 9878-111-977, and we will do our best to accommodate. We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we can not cancel the order.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is specified from time to time. We also offer Cash-On-Delivery at no additional charge.
